Mr. Rather is a member of the Executive Committee and the Management Committee, having joined WCAS in 1999 as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he spent 14 years with the Goelet Investment Office, serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Goelet, Mr. Rather spent three years with Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Rather received a B.S. degree in Accounting from Boston College in 1982, an M.S. degree in Taxation from Pace University in 1989 and is a licensed CPA. |
