Mr. Frank is an Operating Partner on the Healthcare team, having joined WCAS in 2014. Mr. Frank works with portfolio companies to define and execute their Value Maximization Plans. He works directly with our management teams and Boards to execute strategically important operational initiatives including organic growth strategies, merger integration, revenue cycle management and business operations to support growth. Mr. Frank also works on operational diligence of new investments and helps ensure the WCAS Resources Group is partnered with our portfolio companies to maximize value. Before joining WCAS, he was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company and had previously served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.
